Carter Law Group is an Arizona-based law firm with extensive experience representing nonprofit, tax-exempt and socially responsible companies. We provide general business, governance, tax and outside general counsel advice.  We support emerging hybrid legal structures such as the L3C and Benefit Corporations and regularly advise social entrepreneurs regarding the suitability of such structures for their projects.
